Abstract

Circuit-AI zielt auf die KI-gestützte Automatisierung der visuellen Endkontrolle in der Leiterplattenherstellung ab. Deep-learning und der direkte Einbezug von Produktionsdaten ermöglichen aufgrund des minimalen Einrichtaufwands die vollautomatische Überprüfung selbst bei kleinen Losgrössen.
